Grebe Sp Podiceps ??

Little Marlow Gravel Pit - 6th August 1999

Found by Jim Rose and Bob Axton.  Although this bird was seen by several observers there is a difference of opinion as to whether it is a Slavonian or Black-necked.  Opinions welcome!
